Raghuvar Das the chief minister of Jharkhand inaugurated a scheme named Hamari Yojana Hamra Vikas yesterday. This scheme will be conducted from 19th October to 31st October.
The main objective of this scheme is to develop the rural areas or villages of the state. Village Panchyats are the hub of social, economic, political, and cultural activities so the villages should be developed.
Hamari Yojana Hamara Vikas Gram Sabha program was held at Sona Dhani , Littipara in Pakur.
The chief minister said that after the 70 years of independence the villages of the state are not developed.
The state government of Jharkhand committed to provide basic facilities like healthcare, drinking water and education at Panchayt level.
The chief minister appealed to make the local governance strong and transparent. The Chief minister appealed and advised to conduct two day Gram Sabha in all Panchyats for 15 year plan.
The chief minister appealed to select the three year scheme for the development of villages.
In order to develop the Gram Panchayats there would be meetings in every month.
The schemes would be implemented in the interests of the people.
He said that Mukhiya ,Panchayati Secretary and Panchayat Sewaks would attend the meeting regularly to sort out the problem of villages.
The funds will be made directly to the Gram Panchayats to make farm ponds and for the checking of dams.
The chief minister laid stress on boosting up employment through small schemes like Gobar gas plants and dairy farms.
The chief minister said that this scheme will fulfill the self governance dream of Mahatma Gandhi so far which the government is going to implement this scheme.
This program was also addressed by Urban Development Department Principal Secretary and Panchayati Raj Secretary.
So the scheme ‘ Hamari Yojana Hamara Vikas is started for the development of the villages.
